Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Roots of the Rose Co. currently ships within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact rootsoftheroseco@gmail.com before sending your item back.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Custom Items

All custom items must be paid in full before work begins.

Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, custom items are nonrefundable and are not eligible for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact rootsoftheroseco@gmail.com with information about the issue. I'll review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
