Policies

Please allow up to 5 days for an order to ship. Please allow up to 3 days for the completion of any card readings, unless otherwise discussed.

To facilitate a return of an item, the customer must email us at rootsoftheroseco@gmail.com. Returns are accepted 2 weeks after delivery date. If there is no tracking for order then returns are accepted 6 weeks after order was mailed out. The customer is required to pay for return shipping. A refund will be issued after order has been received back. 

A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the final agreed price of product is required before any custom items are created. The remaining cost will be due before shipping the product. Please email me for any requests for custom work. Refunds on custom items are not accepted at this time.

Services offered can be denied by the consultant at any time. You will receive an email regarding the reasoning why for this. If you do not receive a session, you will get a refund. We do not offer any refunds for services already completed.

Tarot, lenormand, or oracle card readings are for entertainment purposes only. A tarot reading should not replace professional advice, including but not limited to, medical, legal, business, or financial advice. It should not be relied upon a tarot reader to make decisions that can affect you mentally, physically, medically, or financially. Please reach out to a licensed profession if you are needing advice or help regarding these issues. While there is no legal privilege between reader and client, we will not intentionally, knowingly, or willingly reveal the client's identity or contents of the reading to another third party without consent of the client. However, if we reserve the right to disclose information if the reader believes that the client will harm themself or others, is directed to do so by court order or other form of law enforcement, or in order to protect ourselves against claims or threat of claims.

If you are interested in booking a service with us for an event, please email us directly at rootsoftheroseco@gmail.com. It is best to include any information regarding the event, dates, location, requirements, accommodations, and any other information in the initial email. I reserve the right to decline any events offered. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of final agreed price will be required upon booking for the event. Remaining cost will be due at least one hour before the event.
